Current Dispatch policy states they will page a department and if there is no response after three minutes or that department is not en route after five minutes, they will page that same department again. Would you support dispatch repaging the primary department and dispatching the next closest mutual aid agency if they have to page a 2nd time? *

One feature of I am Responding is being able to add mutual aid departments. To find your department number, you can look for it under ID number in the app or under admin functions> system settings>Dept ID/Mutual Aid. This is where you would add other agencies also. If you are willing to share your ID with other departments in the county, please type it below. *
